PLAYING IN A BIGGER SPACE is about enlarging and growing the boundaries of any relationship for greater results through the implementation of an elegantly simple model to ensure these powerful relationships.

The G.R.A.C.E. at Work model is composed of five elements that address all the facets of productive relationships: G - Goodwill, R - Results, A - Authenticity, C - Connectivity, and E - Empowerment. G.R.A.C.E. at Work is an interaction model that facilitates trust and transparency needed to guide performance and productivity in the workplace - actually, anyplace. Powerful relationships can form the basis for achieving breakthrough performance and building the capacity for future growth. People are authentic, achieve a special kind of chemistry for growth, empower each other and extend good will. The practice of G.R.A.C.E. at Work is the creation of a safe place for people to perform without fear of failure. Without G.R.A.C.E., business (and other) relationships are reduced to a series of transactional interactions that neither satisfy nor inspire, and generally will not produce desired results. G.R.A.C.E. at Work inspires transformational relationships, where everyone plays in a bigger space.

G.R.A.C.E. at Work is a relationship model designed to improve and expand relationships of all kinds, business, personal, and organizational. The goal of expanded relationships is expanded results, of whatever nature desired. It is a simple model, yet profound in its ability to produce results, on any level, with any one. It is successful quite simply because it is based on the principles of human relationship. When we humans imagine or dream of something we'd like to achieve, that achievement will often depend on our proper use of the five components of G.R.A.C.E. at Work. We do not achieve anything in a vacuum. Our results, whether in business or on a personal level, are dependent upon relationships with others. And playing in a bigger space, or achieving expanded results, depends on building and expanding powerful relationships.

Powerful relationships are based on goodwill and a mutual commitment to shared purpose that provides affirmation, inspiration and personal transformation. These relationships emerge only through the presence and practice of the five key components of the G.R.A.C.E. at Work model.
